Airtel — refund of installation charged for cancelled broadband connection

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

I made the payment of rs. 1000 on 23rd december 2019 for the installation of broadband connection but due to some technical reason, connection request was denied by technical executive and was never installed.

From past 2 months i have calling customer care multiple times but everytime i hear that within 48-72hrs amount will credited but that never happened.

The company is now just playing with the customer. On 1st of March I received an email that amount will be refunded in 72 hrs and that was not done. On 5th of March received another mail that amount will be transferred to another landline number whereas I do not have any other landline number. I simply needed refund in bank account.

All customer care executives are paying attention neither to the request nor to the email.
