[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund of recharge amount

I made a recharge of INR RS 152 on December 31st, 2016 around 1500 hrs with Airtel app. The transaction reference id is[protected]. I had received a message from the company that my transaction was unsuccessful. The concerned mobile number is [protected]. I even complaint to the customer care but they said my amount would be refunded in account within 72 hours but it's been more than that.Look forward to this matter and return my amount.

Airtel is all about harassing its customers. I too am suffering from one such causes. Worst network. Above all they don't even care about its customers, zero accountability
