[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund of security deposit for postpaid connection

I srikanth varma p terminated my postpaid connection for my number [protected] with account no - [protected] i paid a security deposit of 300 rupess representative at airtel office at manjera mall kphb told the amount will be refunded back to u after disconnected of service or porting number to prepaid by calling when i went to manjera mall about security deposit is not deducted the told to call care executive to get refund, hen i call care executive they are saying it's activation of fee what the hell do u think ur doing i should not have paid of the final bill, airtel is scam company ready to loot people, first u call it security deposit and then u tell it's activation fee, i want refund of security deposit fee
