It has been many days i am really very upset about the airtel services.
I have taken the broad band connection in s1 504 flat, supertech czar, omnicorn 1, greater noida with the fixed line number [protected].
I used the connection only for one month and shifted my house to ghaziabad raj nagar extension. I requested for transfer of broad band services but airtel technical people rejected to shift my connection. Hence i requested to cancel the connection. Complaint number is 86859720
The executive came and collected the modem and router back from us and said the amount will be refunded asap and given us a receipt. But till now no response.
I tried called to customer care several times but no use. No one entertained my called and very rudely they spoke with me. I have spoken with avinash, vivek and dhruv.
Airtel customer care guys called me several times on my mobile number [protected] and promised me that they will arrange refund and its confirmed but yesterday when i called to airtel broadband team they said very rudely that they cannot refund. If this is a case why you people false commit to clients and why you guys suggested me to cancel my connection without transferring and said me to wait for 45 days for refund. Why you guys came and collected the modem and router from me.
Kindly arrange my refund asap or i will go the consumer court.
Now i have shifted to new address
S2 810, socrates 2, supertech czar, omnicorn 1, greater noida.
Make sure that i get the refund to my bank account or to my new address.
Yesterday also i registered a complaint by speaking with dhruv and vivek and the complaint number is 89321810.
But now when i am checking this is not in records.
Airtel has the worst customer support. They are cheaters. They manipulates the clients.
It has been many months my problem never resolved.
