Dear team.
Here is my complaint..
Being a self proclaimed #1 mobile network company, there is no proper support team and most of customer care people don't know how to solve my issue.
Problem is, i have made a payment of 2000inr. On feb17. Made a mistake, i suppose to make a payment of 200inr. So made 1800 additional amount and the same i'm asking to refund. Most of customer care executive says - they escalated the same and no resolution even after 2months.
Yes, they don't care the customer also they don't value customer money.
Do it need 3months to get settle this issue.?
Even after mail, call escalations, they are sleeping, what a pathetic service. Even i switched from postpaid to prepaid as per their retain team still "0" response...
Now i need justification.
