Hi, this is prabhu.
Today (18/02/19) i have airtel
Recharge rs399 plan in this mobile no [protected]. But airtel say recharge failed. But rs-399 amount was debited in my hdfc a/c. Details given below.

So kindly refund the money asap.

Even bill pay. outgoing calls has been stop by airtel. i given calls to customer care and visited to near by airtel store room... customer care given confirmation within 4hr it will be resolve . but no response from customer care or nearby storeroom

A lot of network issue is there in gokul housing society(manjidana colony, gorewada road, my flat is near kanha vihar, call drop, voice break, call not getting connected is the common problems..plz increase the network range..
Airtel network is worst here.

I am contacting continue three days to Airtel dth customer service . But there is no solution of my add new hd channels, also they taking high charges of channels buquet
