Dear sir /madam

my self nayan patel and my number is [protected] now problem is refund amount because we have MNP procces our number to other company and we payment againt bill of 800/- rs then our number success fully procces other then bill generate less then 800/- rs after airtel company says to us your balace amt send us with in 45 day in your billing address but now 45day up but airtel company yet not send balance check amt on my Billings address so ple help me about this compliant
