Airtel — refund request on double recharge for rs 1699 | |||
I have recharged twice 1699 on last july 2019 on airtel app. both are failed transactions and got a confirmation from 121 customer care "As discussed on your mobile number xxxxxx, we have checked our records and would like to inform you that there is only one successful recharge of Rs. 1699/- done on[protected] for your mobile number. However, recharges done on[protected] and[protected] for Rs. 1699/- (Twice) were unsuccessful. Since the payment has failed, the refund is usually processed by your bank within 7-10 working days from the date of recharge." After 10 days no money returned.. and airtel not ready to return as well.. Telling that Recharge done twice and it will not appear anywhere and will be reflect after one year... I recharged my number on 6th july, It was a monthly pack but toady no call is going. I want to contact with customer care executive but its not connecting.
