[Resolved]  Airtel — Refusal to its own commitments of giving waiver

I'm a airtel postpaid user. Around a year before, airtel made invalid charges of rs. 5500 approximately, out of which i got waiver of rs. 2000. Upon investigation of my case, mr. Manan, senior executive of airtel, committed to remit balanced waiver of 3496 in monthly bills. So i'm getting a monthly waiver from airtel since june 2016. But this month airtel denied to give remaining waiver of 1496 and even said that there is no commitment of giving waiver. I said that i've all the call recordings of the commitments, and this is enough proof that airtel is giving me waiver from june 2016. But airtel is not responding now. Please take necessary action on airtel.

Please don't give false excuses. I received a call from Mr. Ankit on 19.11.16 from mobile no. [protected] two times at 12:32pm & 12:59pm. He committed to provide pending waiver on the same day. But till date I received no waiver. I also tried many times to contact on the same number but got the number switched off. This proves that Airtel is cheating their customers openly and violating consumer law and order. I've all the proofs for this. Inspite of harassing, you should value your long time loyal customers.
