I wasn't able to use my modem for the last 5 days. About that issue I already raised the ticket through airtel thanks app and so many times called to the customer care center .
Every time i call to Customer support person told our backend team will call to you and resolve my issue
But your side still didn't receive any call from the backend team and did not resolve my issue .
I wasn't able to do my work due to an internet issue .

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible with immediate effect.
If not my annual rental amount I was paid four days back : 3600 inr return back to my original payment .
