Airtel — regarding 4g internet and network

As am using airtel from past 10 years but from last few months i cannot getting a proper network and no 4g internet on my mobile. Please sort it out the network and internet 4g network or else i will do portability for my mobile no [protected], please advise.

I think airtel is providing false information to all airtel customers that they have 4g network and 4g internet.
