Airtel — regarding 4g service | |||
I requested to activate 4g on [protected] but still not activated, when i call to customer care, regarding the same, i am not getting any response from them and behaving very rude, service request no - cgpsc[protected]. I am facing this issue from last 15 days, till now not removed. If i put another airtel 4g sim to that mobile its work in 4g only. But the above number ([protected]) sim is not working 4g. I tried 3 different mobile handset. Today i call to customer care (10/08/2017 9:30pm) even this time also i don't get any response from them, they told me to call after 4hours. Plz help about this. Iam waiting for 1 month. still not activated. Airtel is very poor service. No one in airtel will be able to help.
