Airtel — regarding airtel broad band disconnection | |||
Hi All This is srikar from hyderabad i have taken a broadband connection on last 6months back as the services was not good i have changed to another network and i have said to customer to disconnect my broad band connection stilll now he dint disconnect the network and one of the customer his name is vinay called me and took an amount 1000 rs for disconnection even i have updated him to disconnect the network but still you people were not disconnected the network and you were calling me every month for billpayment if am not paying the bill amount means you people are saying we will case a file and send a notice to your home this was the balckmail you people are doing . I i have updated you many times for disconnection [protected] this was the number i have send them 1000 rs for disconnection and if you call for bill payment for next time i will send you a notice on your airtel network Was this information helpful? | |||
