What is the progression of this complaint from 1st-Aug-2015... It's been 4 months now.. ... I have visited 4 ARC in Bangalore ( Last 4 Months ) & Submitted 4 times documents & Received 3 New SIM Cards ... Made 78 Phone Calls to 121 including y'day... in that 34 Escalations... Received 29 Complaint references... Overall I spent 120 days & 2880 hours... ... Sent 29 emails to Customer Care ( 121 ) & 13 escalation emails to Nodal Team & 9 Fire Mails to Appellate Team ******** 3 EMAILS TO TRAI REGULATIONS... But still THIS COMPLAINT WAS NOT CLOSED... SHAME... SHAME... SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE... Why am I Still struggling to get activate my new SIM CARD... THIS IS ABSOLUTE FAILURE FROM BHARATHI AIRTEL AND ENTIRE TEAM New SIM CARD Number is - H2 -[protected]
