Airtel — regarding airtel prepaid sim activation
I have ported my JIO sim to Airtel prepaid, before 2 days SIM is on and tele verification is also successful. FRC also done.
but when I am calling it is saying that your verification is not done and please OFF/ON your phone after 30 minute and it will be activated...
Facing this issue from last 2 days, I called to airtel customer care also but they are saying that SIM is activated from our end.
I have sent email to [protected]@in.airtel.com also, they are saying your email id not registered with your no.
How could I register as my SIM is not activated so I am unable to receive OTP on mobile number.
Please suggest what should I do ??
