Airtel — regarding broadband payment

Broadband bill deducted twice in december - 29th dec, when i called up customer care i was told reversal will be done

Later in january i received bill and the amount was not adjusted & jan bill also deducted

No proper response from airtel, when i call they say reversal is done but nothing of that sort has happened & i even sent them my credit card statement which clearly had no reversals

shuvankar mitra's response I am recharged Rs 200 on my DTH ID [protected]. But this balance not show it's DTH ID. I am complain customer care, but customer care service dont take any steps. Transaction ID is[protected]. Please help us now. My registration number is [protected]/ [protected]
