Airtel — regarding changing my postpaid plan to prepaid plan | |||
I am using Airtel post paid mobile number [protected]. More than 10 times I approached to the store with my request to change plan from post paid to prepaid. A month back I got a new sim but till now plan not changed. Airtel is charging amount of 500/- every month. I am facing problems with Airtel. As my usage is nil so why should I pay for. I also called to customer care but no body is ready to solve the issue. Now only option is left to approach to Consumer Forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
