I have already submitted the documents for conversion of my airtel number [protected] to prepaid on 2-8-2016 and on 9-8-2016 it got disconnected from postpaid but not activated in prepaid when i call to the store number [protected] they just tell that we will put a mail and we will tell you. Already one week before i gave the documents and paid the bill.
