Airtel — regarding deduction from main account balance... | |||
sir, today at 12:21 pm received message from airtel that my data pack has been ended & from now on for using internet i will be charged from my account balance. At that time i realized that my data pack has been ended, now when i checked my balance, i found that balance of about ruppees 200 has been deducted from my account balance. I was very angry so i make a call to customer care & they were obviously trying to protect themselve. I asked them few questions: Firstly, that without having my permission why did u charged from my main account & you are informing me after more than 1 hour by sending message. Secondly, when we are in a call, when balance is nil u disconnect the call in the same way why u did not disconnect internet connection. Thirdly, when direction messages were received i did not saw them & i thought that they were coming because of lost of data connectivity so i did not saw them that also means i did not press OK on direction message so i did not confirmed to use internet connection. At that time they should stop my data connectivity but they did not do that. Please, Please, tell me what should i do... Was this information helpful? | |||
