myself kumud ranjan bearing [protected] had recharged my no through rs 210 in the month of march and after recharging they deducted my complete balance and my balance is shown me nil, after wards i tried many times to customer care to know the matter, but they didnt listen me.
due to illness i didnt complained at that time, but today i have to know the exact seen of my matter.kindly look this matter as early as possible to resolve it.
whatever is solution let me inform on my alternate no [protected], then so that i can move to the higher authority.
