[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding deduction of Data and Account balance | |||||
Dear Sir, I am using my airtel number [protected] in roaming (national) . Suddenly on 30th of September 2016 around 5 pm I got disconnected from all the services when I checked I found my account balance is 0.0 (nill) which was Rs. 45 and Data balance was also nill which was more than 10GB . While communicating with CCE ( customer care executive) I came to know that they can't help because the system upgradation is going on, you will get your problem resolved after 4hrs . But believe me till now I haven't got a penny return from Airtel. I think you consider my problem and sort out the issue by going through my account .
