[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding deduction of main account balance and data balance & non - professional behavior of customer care people. | |||
I am using airtel for the last 5-6 years. But now they have started cheating their customers. I have experienced that they are deducing my main account balance when i am using internet, even when my data balance is still left. They are doing this for last 1 month. So, i got annoyed by this and sent a message to 1900 for porting out. Then their customer care executive called me. I said that i dont want to share any problem with you people, i am just porting out, so please don't disturb me. I was surprised by the way that person replied. She replied in a very rude way that I m cancelling your port out request. Is this the way to deal with your customers? Was this information helpful? | |||
