Airtel — regarding disconnecting the service of my airtel broadband | |||
Hello Sir, I am using an Airtel broadband connection and wanted to disconnect the service for the same, because I relocated to some other town..and no longer need Airtel connection. My Airtel Landline number is[protected]. On the same I had submitted a request by calling to customer care number on 23rd Feb 2019, and the particular professional has said it would take 7 days for the disconnection.. After that multiple people have called me but none of them are actually disconnecting the service..I would like to ask you again please disconnect the service.. and I am making it very clear I'll not pay the bill anymore.
