Airtel — regarding disconnection though paid | |||
Hi, Frustrated with your customer support n didnt expected you will give cold hand to the customer grievance. Here is how i got new broadband connection. Have submitted documents, photo n paid 6 months 5498 rupees on 2nd september. And within week i got broadband n landline connection. Seems the paid amount is not reflecting in my account. From past two months, am getting calls to pay the accumulated balance. Told n der the screenshot to the customer care 121 and sending again. Mentioning the contacts here whom have transferred amount n did installed. They know that am suffering with this problem n were telling that they will be paying then to airtel. Seems they have not done payment. Sai - [protected] Bhaskar - [protected] From past 12 days, my internet n landline have been disconnected. Sent the payment proof n sent the contacts.
