Airtel — Regarding DTH changed my plan without my permission

Address: A 21 Prem Nagar khatipura Road jhotwara 302012

I had ACT connection, I wanted DTH with landline so I switched to Airtel.
The team came and connection for Internet was done without DTH and landlines. Despite calling multiple time noone is responding.
I am nort satisfied. They are saying we have changed your plan. I don't want to change my plan.

I was misguided.

Kindly refund my money. As you your team is totally fraud. They don't pick phone.
