[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding fail to refund failed internet recharges | |||||
Dear sir/madam, This is to bring to your notice that it's been two months and i still haven't received my refund of failed internet recharges which your company ensures to refund back in 7-10 working days. I called on 121 for like 5-6 times but all in vain. They just registered the complaint but nothing happened. The amount to be refunded is easily 1000rs including today that is 27th june 2017 as i still had to face a failed recharge of 179rs. Kindly acknowledge this complaint asap or else i would have to go to consumer court or else i will change the number. Was this information helpful? | |||||
