Airtel — Regarding for transferring individual number to the corporate number ([protected]))

This is to inform you that I was transferring an individual number to the corporate number and i have complete all the formality and also I followup from last 3 month but stil number is not transfered.
I want bloodly explaination that why my number not transfered from last 3 months.

The Airtel services is zero.
