[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding forceful shifting of billing from paper to e billing | |||
Dear sir, Despite repeated request you have forcefully shifting my billing from paper to e billing for my mobile no [protected]. Regarding this issue, we have talked several times to customer care but to no avail. This is my last warning to airtel to kindly put me in paper billing system and ensure that it is not changed without my consent. If you will not send the paper bill, i will port my no. To other operator. This is my final warning. Kindly also ensure paper billing for my new post paid data card no[protected]. I am unable to contact airtel customer care.
