[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding Full talk value on 100 rupees recharge | |
Sir/Madam,
I receive a message dated 12 June 2014 at 1.42 PM that " 12 June se Rs 100 ke airtel recharge par milne wala labh badal raha hai. Ab apko Rs 100 ke recharge par milega, Rs 100 ka hi full talk time" from AI-ARWINF
I recharged Rs 100 dated 13 June, but only 86 Rs credited in my account. Then I call to customer care to Mr. Ravinder Ji and Mr. Tejprajap ji, but no satisfacotry answer given by them.
Finally I request you to credit rest of 14 Rs in my account as soon as possible.
