Airtel — regarding internet 4g speed

I hv been a regular customer o[censored]r organisation but since 1 month I m facing lot of problem due to ur very poor internet speed..I[censored] won't solve this problem as soon as possible I wil change ur sim and start using Jio bcz Jio is providing a very satisfactory speed here..Plz solve this problem ASA possible
