Airtel — regarding mis selling and harassment | |
I had received a call from Airtel DTH regarding an offer stating that recharge of Rs 699 in my DTH number [protected] will have a validity of 6 months. As per the offer i recharged mt DTH on April 20, 2018 with Rs 699. After few days when we called back to know about the 699 pack validity, customer care executive informed that, the pack has not been activated, we will have to do a recharge of Rs 100 again to activate the pack (can be verified from call records), we again did a recharge of Rs 100 in my Airtel DTH number [protected]. Again we called on 07.05.2018 to confirm the validity of pack, again the customer care executive informed that has not been activated because of insufficient balance, we will have to recharge with Rs 100 again to activate the pack. we felt cheated and asked the customer care people to disconnect our digital TV connection, and refund the amount, they straight way refused to refund the remaining balance. This is a staight case of cheating customers. Kindly look into the matter and help innocent customers from being cheated. Was this information helpful? | |
