Airtel — regarding miss guide of recharge | |||
Dear sir, i am sanjib kr prasad now i am in roaming network. On 09.09.2017 i have recharge rs.55/- as roaming pack which validity was 28 days, but on 13.09.2017 it has stopped working. Then i call to your customer care executive on date.10.09.2017 in the morning and tell about it. He suggest me to recharges only one pack i, e rs.149/- or rs.249/- as roaming pack (Rs.55/-) validity remaining till 07.10.2017 you can enjoy roaming pack. On 14.09.17 i recharge rs.149/- and problem remain same and my outgoing call has been charged from my main balance. Now i am not interest to stay in airtel network as i have not got proper guide.
