Airtel — Regarding MNP Rejected | |||
I am using my aitel number([protected]) from 10th April 2015. In the above period. It was Airtel prepaid from 10th April 2015 to 17th May 2015. and Aitel Postpaid from 18th May 2015 till date. Today (31 July 2015), I raised a request for porting this number and Airtel rejected it saying I hae to complete 90 days in Airtel Postpaid. As per the TRAI rules, I have to be under same operator for minimum 90 days(There is no mention about it should prepaid or Postpaid). So As per TRAI rules, I am eligible for this porting as I was under Airtel since 10th April 2015. Was this information helpful? | |||
