[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding name change in my airtel account | |||||
Airtel has updated my name wrongly in airtel account even though i have gaiven correct details. when asked, the customer care took complaint and asked me tp provide necessary documents which i did and said it will take 3days to solve it. After 20days also no response.i called them again and they said 3days more is needed.i called them after 5days they are still telling we need one more day. during this time they are putting me on hold for 20 to 30minutes just to give small detail also. i am calling them everyday from 1week they beg me for more time and if i shout they are putting me on hold for 20 to 25minutes everyday. they are not at all servicing the customers. all of managers spoke to me saying its been escalated to highest level and it wil get done. but when i call all they do is put me on hold for 30mins and tel me they need more time.i want to sue them till the end Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have been in touch with your executives and managers they are all playing with me and putting me on hold for hours toghether. every day this is happening. managers are just washing off their hands saying sorry everyday.
