Respected Sir/Ma'am,
My Name is Mr Yusufi Kausar Baiwala & my Mobile Number is "[protected]" having Airtel as my Service Provider.
Now i have been trying to port from Airtel to JIO from last 10 Days and Jio representative also came and initiated this request but from Airtel they are not allowing to Port.
AS per Jio representative confirmation they said your request has been cancelled from Airtel Side.
After that i called 121 which is Airtel Customer service number & Spoke to the Representative regarding the Same issue. but the representative was not ready to give me the Reason for not allowing me to Port as she said it is Confidential & the response what they gave me was not at all satisfactory.
Now being a Consumer of Airtel How come i dont have the rights to Know the reason why i cannot Port.
Requesting The Concerned Authority to please take action against the Airtel for Why They are Harassing & Pressurizing to stay with their Telecommunication Company.
