Airtel — Regarding over bill amount | |
Dear sir/mam
They are not sending detail statement to my mail id.and telling to pay bill.if i ask them for detail statement they are telling it is not our duty.they are to iresponsible and rude..they are not giving proper answer.they are to ur.and while getting new connection they told outgoing calls at 30p but when i got my 1st statement in that call rate was 50p.at that time i cald to customer care they had not answered..Airtel is too worse network nowdays.at the same time they had introduced 4G.but not able to use 2G itself.becuse of superb network coverage..
