Airtel — regarding payment related calls | |
Dr r hambire from pune. I have stopped using airtel no. [protected] from 29/6/17. And have already paid outstanding bill of 1445 rs. Thru cheque, which has been withdrawn on 6/7/17. I have mailed bank statement of the same. Despite of this, airtel people from mumbai calling me daily as it is not updated. I m going to file a case thru consumer protection.. Sir, here is sDr. K. M Raju &my no. is [protected] .I am very old user of airtel but now I want to shift my number from postpaid to prepaid ..so plz convert my sim to prepaid.I shall be thankfull to you for your kind act.

I have recharged talk time Rs.250 last month, suddenly balance was showing as zero. May i know the reason for deduction.
