Am writing regarding a plan change done without confirmation from the customer side. Landline number[protected]
First I have received a call on 1 Nov 12.54 pm from [protected] asking for plan change I clearly told am not interested for plan change.
Second I have received a call from [protected] on 5th Nov caller Saranya was telling about details and dropped without taking any confirmation I called back almost 30 times to that mobile number but she did not pick up the call it was in waiting .
