Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Airtel since long time. My number is [protected] But I regret to inform you that from last 15 days I am having difficulty due to poor network for Internet access .This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me mentally and financially. Many times i called to customer care and made a complaint but still it is not resolved . In this situation, I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible. This is reference to your post on dated 18 July 2014 that the complaint raised by me for the poor network of Internet connectivity of my 3G Dongle [protected] is not resolve yet and i face the problem till now .
please tell me again how much time will require for resolve the issue.already I lost my complete 01 month due to same.
