Sir i had recharge for rs 150/- on date 23-11-16 vide ref id no[protected]. On mobile no [protected]. The amount had been already deducted from my account and so fat it has not reflected in my mobile. The transaction was un successful i hope.in this regard i would like to request you to refund the said amount incurred towards it. I had complaint and my reference no in conrc[protected] registered on 24th nov at ak-airccm
