I, Smita Patil, using airtel no - 990096*103 since almost more than 10 years now. But, my Sim stopped working on Thursday 4th Aug 2022, post 12pm. I tried to restart phone and even tried putting it in another phone to check if phone issue. But still not working.
I visited nearby gallery to sort the matter, but one of person said since it's of karnataka circle no they can't help and ask to visit other airtel gallery. When my brother visited other gallery instead of me, they ask to convert in postpaid to resolve the issue. But, when I visited 2nd time with him, they told they can't help since ownership is appearing in another person name, which was shocking for me. He said to resolve this issue I need to once check with gallery based in karnataka if needed.
Let me tell you, if you can check then I can share all details about its usage, recharges, last contacts etc. Even you can check device location or imei no to verify details and also I have proof that it's associated with me since 10 years.
I request you to please help me to sort this out since my this no is connected with many important things.
It's been an almost month now that I am getting harassed even after using this no since long and have all proof with me. I don't understand how can this no got deactivated and ownership showing of some 3rd person. I have made FIR and I am going to lodge a complaint to consumer court shortly.
