Iam from coimbatore..Actually i lost my mobile last week, so i called the customer care on the same day to block my number..i called 121 and 198, but i dont know how to interact with the customer care executives, again and again i was trying to interact with them, in order to get the duplicate sim, where to get it and what are the details they needed, but we are not having an option to talk with them, , really disappointed with the services provided by the leading network..if this continues for a longer time, , there is no other option other than changing the network..
