I request for the new sim on 5/8/2019 and they gave me new sim, after 2 days still the sim was not activated and they said that my request has been rejected saying that info is mismatching which is not true as they didn't updated the details in their system when i bought hte sim for tha first time
On 7/8/2019 they gave another sim and that too was rejected agains quoting that the information provided was not matching.
The first tim proof provided was driving license this time same proof was provided but they rejected this time..
So i was left with no choice than to bought a new sim which was postpaid.. Now i have to pay around 600 for 4 months. Only after 4 months i will ve able to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid. So sir i want u to look into the matter bcoz they have not updated the information so how can it be my fault.. Was this information helpful? |
