Airtel — regarding worst service and arrogant answers by customer care agent. | |
I had problem regarding payment bank and i talk with customer care agent. After communication my airtel balance was debited. So called to 121 care to solve the problem. But unfortunately customer service agent mr. Swetansh talk with me arrogantly and do not give proper information. I used airtel since last 8 years but within last 4 days i face lots of problem regarding payment bank and customer care agent. That's why i am going to quit airtel. Good bye..
