Airtel — REGARDING WRONG DEDUCTION ON PRE-PAID MOBILE NUMBER | |
Dear sir,
1. I am using services of Airtel since last 05 years and found it to
be quite trustworthy.
2. Recently, one minor issue has come up and i would like to bring it
to your notice.
3. I did a recharge of Rs 350/- on 21 Feb 15 and on 24th Feb 15, my
account balance was 18/-(dates may be plus or minus one day)
4. Case was taken up within 60 days only with your customer care executives.
5. I have been speaking to your customer care executives but did not
get any satisfactory reply.Even reply from nodal officer is automatic which says that since i have not taken up the case, she cant not do anything about it.
6. I want my deducted money refunded rather then some flimsy excuses by a
reputed and trustworthy company like airtel
7. Please look in to the matter and refund my money at the earliest
