Airtel — Reimbursement of xstream services as they couldn't provide connection. | |
I have paid 2249 to avail Airtel Xtream services in my place(pincode: 560100). After receiving the money the executive said they couldn't provide services in my area and will return back the money. It's been more than 45 days I haven't received the money. Not able to connect to customer care since the ID which they gave is not valid now. I have the bill transaction details and message too from Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |
