I paid Rs. 2, 690/- on 06th November, 2012 for
installation of Digital TV HD (Economy Sports Pack) at my residence No. C – 3 /
261, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi – 110003 vide “customer relationship form Serial
No. DL 10393073”. The payment was received
in cash by Shri G. C. Tripathi (Mobile No. [protected]). However, the DTH was not installed at my
residence. I contacted the Airtel for
further necessary action in this regard, but they ask for the customer ID but
as the DTH has not been installed, no customer ID was generated.
Further, I spoke to the Airtel. One Sr. representative attend the call and
made a conference between me, Airtel and Shri G. C. Tripathi. Shri G. C. Tripathi accepted that he
collected the money and will not return the money now (I have recorded the
whole conversations). Afterward, the
Airtel sent me a mail conveying for log a FIR agaist Shri G. C. Tripathi.
I am frustrated now. My question is, if I have paid the money to
an agent in the name of Airtel, Airtel should take all the responsibility
regarding the agents & should take action against the agent / dealer, not
by the customer.
In view of the above facts, I requested that the Airtel may
kindly look it in to this matter. An
early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
