Airtel — rejection of airtel secure

I recently upgraded from prepaid to poatpaid to avail airtel secure. But airtel rejected my claim as my phone is littel older than 1 year, but in the policy they mentioned the phone should be less than 2 years old. When i contacted airtel they claimed they changed there policy today. You people are just fooling people. I hope you should stick to your policies.

My sim card is life time free which is that Airtel company collected amount from me for life time incoming calls free.

But how can they going to stop it?

What is the value for our amount which we are paid for life time.
I am Writing a mail to Inform you, I have a Airtel Mobile user .My Number is [protected] _ My airtel Signal with internet service is very very poor, I faced many problems for last 2 months. I requested you can take action immediately.
