Airtel — relocation of airtel dth not resolved even after 1 week | |||
I have raised a request for relocation of the airtel dish tv on 12th june 2018, Engineer has fitted the dish but didn't resolve signal problem, and now engineer is saying that we need to replace setup box. I already paid the service charge and extra amount for cable and connector charges of rs.750 and also rs.150 for de-installation. My setup box was working fine before relocation. Even after complaining again and again at airtel customer center my problem is not getting resolved and they are saying that i have to pay extra service visit charges plus setup box replacement charges, even after speaking to senior executive. Its really pathetic that airtel is just keep charging without solving my same problem. Airtel complaint number: 76047541 Was this information helpful? | |||
