[Resolved] Airtel — Relocation request | |||||
I never thought the customer service from Airtel DTH services are too worst. I've submitted the relocation request 10 days back, but still I'm not getting the resolution for this. Initially the person from Airtel visited and asked me to close the request as there was som internal issue. He asked me to call once the problem got resolved. I called him somany times but no response. I've submitted the request again on 06th April, 2017. They promised me that it will be resolved within 24Hrs but they never and keep saying the new address is not updated in the database. It's already 2 days but they didn't get back to me. I've spoken to the representatives and bull **** supervisors but there is no action taken from them at all. Worst service and will not recommend Airtel to anyone. Shameless people.
